A Fitness to Practise Panel has found serious safeguarding concerns to be proven against Thomas Adams, a registered residential child care worker.
The Panel found Thomas Adams’ current fitness to practise was impaired by way of a criminal conviction for possession and production of indecent photographs of children. They imposed a removal order which means Thomas Adams will not be able to work in a registered social care role in Wales.
Thomas Adams has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
A copy of the panel’s full reasons are available on request.
