The Panel found Mr Wharton’s current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a removal order, this means Mr Wharton will be unable to work in a regulated social care role in Wales.
Mr Wharton’s name will be taken off the Register and placed on the List of Persons Removed.
Mr Wharton has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
