A Fitness to Practise Panel has found serious safeguarding concerns proved against William John Hall, a registered domiciliary care worker.
The Panel found William John Hall’s current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a Removal Order which means he will be unable to work in a regulated social care role in Wales.
William John Hall’s name will be taken off the Register and placed on the List of Persons Removed from the Register.
William John Hall has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
