A Fitness to Practise Panel has found that the conviction of Mr Phillips, a child care worker, under the Sexual Offences Act 2003 proved.
The Panel found Mr Phillips’ current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a Removal Order which means Mr Phillips will be unable to work in a regulated social care role in Wales. Mr Phillips’ name will be taken off the Register and placed on the List of Persons Removed from the Register.
Mr Phillips has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
