A Fitness to Practise Panel has found serious safeguarding concerns proved against Sarah O’Brien, a registered domiciliary care worker.
The Panel found Ms O Brien’s current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a removal order which means Ms O Brien will be unable to work in a regulated social care role in Wales. Ms O Brien’s name will be taken off the Register and placed on the List of Persons Removed from the Register.
Ms O Brien has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
