A Fitness to Practise Panel has found the allegations of neglecting a user of care and support, falsifying records and serious safeguarding concerns, proved against Caron Boyle, a registered adult care home worker.
The Panel found Mr Boyle’s current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a Removal Order which means he will be unable to work in a regulated social care role in Wales.
Mr Boyle’s name will be taken off the Register and placed on the List of Persons Removed from the Register.
Mr Boyle has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
