A Fitness to Practise Panel has found allegations of serious safeguarding concerns including physical and psychological abuse of a user of care and support proved against Bobbi Lea Cootes, a registered domiciliary care worker.
The Panel found Bobbi Lea Cootes current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a Removal Order which means she will be unable to work in a regulated social care role in Wales. Bobbi Lea Cootes’ name will be taken off the Register and placed on the List of Persons Removed from the Register.
Bobbi Lea Cootes has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
