A Fitness to Practise Panel has found serious safeguarding concerns proved against Audra Larraine Williams, a registered social worker.
The Panel found Audra Larraine Williams’ current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a Removal Order which means she will be unable to work in a regulated social care role in Wales.
Audra Larraine Williams’ name will be taken off the Register and placed on the List of Persons Removed from the Register.
Audra Larraine Williams has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
