We’re extending the closing date for the 2022 Accolades’ ‘Effective staff recruitment and retention’ category until 5pm on Friday, 10 December.
No matter how large or small your initiative, our judges are keen to hear from you so we can recognise, celebrate and share the great recruitment and retention practice that’s happening across social care and childcare, play and early years in Wales.
Sue Evans, our Chief Executive, said: “We know recruitment and retention is one of the biggest and most important issues facing the social care and childcare, play and early years sectors at the moment.
“What’s more, we know there are lots of good initiatives happening in the sectors around recruitment and retention.
“We’re extending the closing date for this particular Accolades category because we want to give people a chance to showcase even the smallest effective recruitment and retention initiatives they’ve employed over the last couple of years, so we can support the sectors by sharing that good practice as widely as possible.
