A Fitness to Practise Panel has found the following allegations proved against Yasmin Pugh, a domiciliary care worker.

On 20 October 2021 at the Swansea Crown Court, you were sentenced for the following offence for which you had been found guilty upon your own confession on 23 September 2021:

a. Theft (from the person of another) contrary to S.1(1) and 7 of the Theft Act 1968.

The Panel found Yasmin Pugh’s current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a Removal order which means she cannot work in any regulated social care role in Wales.

Yasmin Pugh has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
