A Fitness to Practise Panel has found serious safeguarding concerns proved against Rowena Thomas, a registered domiciliary care worker.
The Panel found Ms Thomas’ current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a Removal Order which means she will be unable to work in a regulated social care role in Wales.
Ms Thomas’ name will be taken off the Register and placed on the List of Persons Removed.
Ms Thomas has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
