A Fitness to Practise Panel has found the charge of conviction of fraud by abuse of position and burglary dwelling and theft - no violence, proved against Ms Murphy, a registered domiciliary care worker.
The Panel found Ms Murphy’s current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a Removal Order which means Ms Murphy can no longer work as a domiciliary care worker or any other registered role in Wales.
Ms Murphy has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
