A Fitness to Practise Panel has found serious safeguarding concerns proved against Keith Marchant, a registered domiciliary care manager.
The Panel found Keith Marchant’s current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a Removal Order which means he will be unable to work in a regulated social care role in Wales. Keith Marchant’s name will be taken off the Register and placed on the List of Persons Removed.
Keith Marchant has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
