A Fitness to Practise Panel has found allegations proved against Jade Dominque Davies, a registered residential child care worker, of a failure to maintain professional boundaries and/or forming an inappropriate relationship with a child. Allegations of dishonesty were also found proved.
The Panel found Jade Dominique Davies’ current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a Removal Order which means she will be unable to work in a regulated social care role in Wales. Jade Dominique Davies’ name will be taken off the Register and placed on the List of Persons Removed.
Jade Dominique Davies has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
