Serious safeguarding concerns were found to be proven against domiciliary care worker Emma Jane Fagg.
The Panel found Emma Jane Fagg’s current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a Removal Order which means she will not be able to work in a registered social care role in Wales.
Emma Jane Fagg has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
