A Fitness to Practise Panel has considered the current fitness to practise of Alan Painter, a registered residential child care worker, following a domestic incident.
The Panel found Alan Painter’s current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a Removal Order which means he can no longer work in a registered social care role in Wales.
Alan Painter has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
